Slant Board

Custom made slant boards are hand made in Canada to suit elite athletes to the everyday person. Popularized for their use to train the VMO muscles to benefit maximum knee protection, athleticism, and longevity : ultimately leading to strong knees and quads. It does however have a much broader scope of use for strengthening and stretching multiple muscle groups.
